Description of Service

Daily76 is a daily American history trivia application. Each day, users receive a brief historical "On This Day" event to read, followed by a 5-question multiple-choice quiz. Users may complete the quiz once per day, and scores are tracked for personal streaks and national statistics.

User Accounts

To use Daily76, you may create an account or play as a guest. If you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may only create one account per person
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Acceptable Use

When using Daily76, you agree not to:

• Attempt to complete the daily quiz more than once per day
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent the one-attempt-per-day rule
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service
• Attempt to manipulate or interfere with the quiz system
• Share quiz answers before others have had a chance to play
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

All content on Daily76, including quiz questions, historical summaries, and design elements, is owned by Daily76 or its content licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Daily76 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee the accuracy of quiz content or historical information.

Termination
